What should I do if my payment has failed?’’


We accept all major credit cards. If the payment has failed, it has failed not on the side of our website, but on the side of the bank. Some online transactions may be blocked by the banks and require authorization. If you are sure that you have enough balance on your credit card, please contact your bank to enquire about the reason of payment failure and provide the authorization if required.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. If your payment was rejected it has failed not on the side of our website, but on the side of the bank. This is common error that may be caused for example by insufficient funds or the transaction may be blocked by your bank for some reasons. 

a) If you paid with PayPal - please contact the PayPal Customer Support (opens in a new tab) and ask them about your payment. They may ask some additional questions or request some documents before processing the payment. It is absolutely OK. 

b) If you paid by card - contact your bank to make sure that your account has sufficient funds to make a payment or your card is not expired. If your account has insufficient funds or your card has expired - please use another card or PayPal account for your payment. 

c) Ask your bank about existing limits for international payments. Many banks have daily, weekly and monthly limits. May be you have reached the limit for your bank account. Please use another card or PayPal account for your payment. 

c) Ask your bank about the restriction on the maximum size of the single payment. Many bank accounts have restrictions set about 1000 USD or even lower. This is especially true for student and retirement bank accounts. Please try to separate your big order into several smaller orders (for example instead of one order for 6 tickets try 3+3 or even 2+2+2) - it always helps. 

3) Your payment could be rejected by some technical reasons. You may have entered an invalid 3-digit cvv code or invalid password sent to you via SMS. Please, return to payment system and fill in all the required fields very carefully. 

4) You have tried everything above, you are sure you have enough funds, your card is not expired, you have no limits, you filled all the fields very carefully multiple times, but you are still forwarded to this page? Please do not worry. Contact us and we will find a suitable solution for you.
